The Building Industry Association (BIA) of Central Ohio has selected Tartan Ridge as the site for the 2009 Parade of Homes.  This community is located in the City of Dublin near the Glacier Ridge Metro Park off of Hyland-Croy Road.  More than 40% of this community has been dedicated to parkland and will be appointed with pathways, trails and direct access to the local schools, the Glacier Ridge Metro Park and a neighborhood shopping center.

The Parade of Homes will take place July 11-26, 2009.
